On March 3, 2012 in Hanoi, Vincom Joint Stock Company was one of the 90 enterprises that were granted the 2011 Vietnam Strong Brand Awards and was listed in the Top Ten Brands. This is the 5th consecutive time Vincom has received this honourable award.
Golden Dragon Award and Strong Brand Festival 2011 was solemnly held at Hanoi Opera House with the participation of representatives from 160 companies, including 70 foreign-invested Golden Dragon enterprises and 90 local Strong Brand enterprises together with other local and overseas enterprises that have made great contributions to the Vietnamese economy. In particular, the businesses recognized as Vietnam Strong Brands are those with outstanding achievements in business operations and sustainable brand development, contributing to enhancing the competitive status of national brands in the international marketplace.
After multiple rounds of consideration, Vincom Joint Stock Company was selected as a finalist and eventually voted as one of the Top Ten Brands of Viet Nam in 2011. This is the fourth time in a row Vincom has received this prestigious award, which again affirms the Company’s success and position in the market.
With nearly ten years of construction and development, Vincom has now become one of the leading private real estate developers with a series of large-scale and international standard projects, which have been highly recognized by the market such as Vincom Center Hanoi, Vincom Center Hochiminh City, Vincom Village, Times City and Royal City, etc.
Remarkably, at the end of 2011, Vincom entered into a merger contract with Vinpearl in order to merge Vinpearl into Vincom to form Vingroup, the leading private economic group in Viet Nam, which is primarily specialized in real estate and hospitality.
