- Reason and purpose: Distributing bonus shares to existing shareholders (due to the issue of additional shares by Vingroup Joint Stock Company to increase the total share capital from the capital surplus)

- Distribution ratio: Shares will be distributed in the ratio of 325 per 1,000 to the existing shareholders as at the agreed record date (i.e. an existing shareholder who holds 1,000 shares will be entitled to receive 325 shares more).

- Total number of additional shares expected to be issued: 227,650,168 shares

- Plan for dealing with the residual shares: The actual number of shares to be distributed will be rounded down to the nearest whole share and residual fractional entitlements will be cancelled.

- For example, if shareholder Nguyen Van A owns 789 VIC shares, he will theoretically receive 789*325/1,000 = 256.425 VIC shares. However, he will actually receive 256 VIC shares only due to the rounding-down to the nearest whole share, and residual fractional entitlements will be cancelled.

- Share distribution venue: 

    +  Regarding Deposited securities: Shareholders shall carry out the procedure to receive the bonus at the Depository where their depository accounts are maintained. 

    +  Regarding Non-deposited securities: Shareholders shall carry out the procedure to receive the bonus at at the Office of Vingroup Joint Stock Company at the address of No. 7 Bang Lang 1 Street, Vincom Village Eco-urban Zone, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi (on business working days). Shareholders shall be requested to present his/her ID card and share ownership certificates for that purpose.
