As of 12 July 2013, WP INVESTMENTS III B.V becomes a legal shareholder of Vincom Retail JSC as stipulated in the Subscription Agreement signed between WP INVESTMENTS III B.V, Vingroup Joint Stock Company and Vincom Retail JSC on 28 May 2013 and amended on 28 June 2013.
As of 12 July 2013, Mr. Joseph Raymond Gagnon officially becomes a member of the Board of Management of Vingroup Joint Stock Company.
