VINGROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY

In order to improve the operating structure of the residential segment, strengthen the sales capability and property management service quality, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) on December 29, 2014, split Vinhomes Real Estate Trading and Management LLC, a 100%-owned subsidiary (“Original Co”), into two new companies (each a “Split Co”):

1.      Split Co 1: Vinhomes Real Estate Management LLC

-          Address of Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street,  Vinhomes Riverside Eco-Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

-          Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000

2.      Split Co 2: Vinhomes Real Estate Leasing LLC

-          Address of Headquarters: No. 7, Bang Lang 1 Street,  Vinhomes Riverside Eco-Urban Area, Viet Hung Ward, Long Bien District, Hanoi

-          Charter capital: VND50,000,000,000

Post-split, Vingroup will continue to own 100% of Original Co and the two Split Co’s.
