DISCLOSURE REGARDING AMENDMENT TO THE

ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

On 3 September 2015, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 58^th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment dated 27 August 2015 confirming the following change:

-     Increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND18,460,745,440,000 as a result of the issuance of additional shares for the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
