RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF MANAGEMENT

OF VINGROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY

(Re: Disclosure regarding the establishment of a subsidiary)

Article 1: To contribute capital to establish a subsidiary

1. Name of Company: HOA MAI TRADING COMMERCIAL SERVICES LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

2. Address of Headquarters: 72 Le Thanh Ton, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City

3. Charter Capital: VND230,770,000,000 (in words: Two hundred thirty billion seven hundred seventy million Vietnamese dongs)

4. Capital contribution:

Vingroup contributes VND170,770,000,000, accounting for 74% of the Charter Capital of Hoa Mai Trading Commercial Services Limited Liability Company.

Article 2: Effective date

This Resolution takes effect from the date of signing.

The Executive Committee and related departments shall be responsible for implementation of this Resolution.
