DISCLOSURE REGARDING AMENDMENT TO THE

ENTERPRISE REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE

On 28 December 2015, Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”) received the 59^th amendment to the Enterprise Registration Certificate issued by the Business Registration Office No. 1 of the Hanoi Authority for Planning and Investment dated 23 December 2015 confirming the following change:

- Increase of the Charter Capital of Vingroup to VND18,681,880,870,000 as a result of the issuance of additional shares for the conversion of International Bonds into shares.
