RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS OF

VINGROUP JOINT STOCK COMPANY

(Re: Appointment and removal of executive officers of Vingroup Joint Stock Company)

THE BOARD OF DIRECTORS (“BOD”)

-          Pursuant to the Vietnamese Enterprise Law and relevant guilding documents;

-          Pursuant to the Charter of Vingroup Joint Stock Company (“Vingroup”);

-          Based on the opinions obtained from members of Board of Directors.

RESOLVED:

 Article 1: Removing the following officers from the position of Deputy CEO of Vingroup

- Ms. Nguyen Dieu Linh

- Ms. Vu Tuyet Hang

- Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy

Ms.Nguyen Dieu Linh remains a Vice Chairwoman of the BoD of Vingroup.

Mr. Dang Thanh Thuy and Ms. Vu Tuyet Hang remain the executive officers in the subsdiaries of Vingroup as previously appointed. 

Article 2: Appointment of Deputy CEO of Vingroup

Appointing Ms. Duong Thi Hoan to the position of Deputy CEO

Place of Issue: Hanoi Police Department

Qualification: ​Master of Business Administration

The Deputy CEO shall carry out duties and reaponsibilities for Vingroup as assigned and authorized by the CEO and is responsible for assigned tasks before the CEO of Vingroup and under the Law.

Article 3: Effective date

This Resolution is effective from the date of signing.

The afore-mentioned personnel and Head of relevant Divisions and Departments are responsible for implementation of this Resolution.
