 DISCLOSURE REGARDING THE RECEIPT OF THE COURT’S DECISION

On 21 November 2016, Vingroup JSC ("Vingroup") has received the Decision No. 20/2016/ QDDC-KDTM dated 28 October 2016 of the People's Court of Long Bien District, Hanoi (the Court) which states:

- Termination of the legal proceeding on commercial trading case regarding the dispute over loan agreement between Thai Kieu Limited Liability Company, located at No. 135/37/50 Nguyen Huu Canh, Ward 22, Binh Thanh District, Ho Chi Minh City, as the plaintiff, and Vingroup JSC, as the defendant.

- Reason: during the proceeding, the plaintiff has withdrawn its complaint and the withdrawal have been approved by the Court.
