Vincom Village Eco-urban Township has just won the highest level of achievement in the category “Best Mixed-Use Development – Asia Pacific” of the International Property Awards 2013. This is the first project of Vietnam that has earned this regional and world’s prestigious award from the International Property Awards.

International Property Awards, with nearly 20 years in operation, has been widely recognized as one of the most prestigious annual property awards all over the world. Awards granted by the International Property Awards have long been renowned by international professionals and the public.

Surpassing a number of high-profile competitors in the region, the Vincom Village Eco-urban Township of Vingroup has achieved the top award in the category “Best Mixed-Use Development - Asia Pacific” at Shang-ri La Hotel in Kuala Lumpur on May 11^th, 2013.

This award is presented to real estate projects satisfying rigorous criteria including: location and transportation advantages; unique architectural design and zoning; safety, security, sustainability and technological innovation, environmental protection and especially its exceptional services and amenities for residents.
